Being the right opposite the train station, Hockley Jewellers was the first jewellery store we went to during a trip to... the Jewellery Quarter to purchase our wedding rings.
The staff were very helpful in showing us range of options. The lady who served even wrote down prices so we could shop around but because of the great customer service we returned.

After going to multiple jewellers close by to find our wedding rings, we came across hockley... jewellers, as soon as we walked in we received a warm welcome and the service was incredible, the lady who served us listened to exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect rings. Within a few weeks we received the call that our rings were ready. I collected our rings today and was greeted by a lovely man again with amazing service, he made my engagement ring look as good as new and re sized my wedding band to make it fit perfectly!

After visiting quite a few jewellers in the area we dropped in to Hockley Jewellers. The service, advice and price were... 10/10. They explained all we needed to know about the clarity, cut, and colour of the diamonds. We purchased my engagement ring and they even sized it up whilst we had a cheeky gin in the Jeweller’s Arms! Posted on behalf of my Dad: We went to Hockley Jewellers during October 2021. We wanted a diamond put in our daughters... ring as well as being retipped.The staff were so helpful and knowledgable. They explained what was needed so we left it with them with confidence. It was suppose to be 2 weeks to do the work but they completed it within a week. They were so pleasant and showed that they cared about you and their service. We will go there anytime if we needed any jewellery work done. Highly recomended. Bought a ring for my husbands birthday yesterday and the service we received was excellent, staff members were very... helpful and did not pressurise you at all. They are able to make jewellery on site as well. I had three diamonds set into a gold band, a few hours later it was ready for collection, it is amazing and my husband was very pleased with it. We found it difficult at first to find a Jewellers that would incorporate Ashes in the grooms wedding ring and create a wedding ring enhancer for the brides engagement ring, then we met Young Mike and Lucy. They were willing to take on this challenge, even though they had never used ashes in Jewellery before. Their attention to detail and creativity was beautiful. Today I collected my engagement ring which had needed some repair due to wear and tear. 4 claws were redone to secure... the stones. Mike offered us very helpful advice before the work was undertaken and we were pleasantly surprised at the price quoted (which was a fraction of what we had been quoted at a local jewelers).
