Here we will show you how our master craftsmen in the Hockley Jewellers workshop create new pieces from old and sentimental jewellery. Firstly, the ring is dismantled and the stones are separated so that there is just the gold. This is so that when the gold is melted it is clean and the stones can either be kept separate or set in the ring at a later date.
